3) Users of PSD Now must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Images and files that users upload and which violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. If an infringement claim is made against a user, PSD Now has the right to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved. If there is a dispute concerning material uploaded by a user then PSD Now is under no obligation to become involved.

3) PSD Now makes no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting or storing your images and files. As a user of PSD Now, you agree that PSD Now is not liable for your images, files, or any lost business due to the temporary unavailability or permanent closure of the website.

4) File deletion requests may be made by clicking on the contact link at the bottom of each page of PSD Now. Do not upload any content that you do not want on the Internet.

5) PSD Now reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time, and without prior notice to its users.
